There are legendary spaceships in Starfield's endgame, but the best stories can be hidden in space wreckage

What is the first abandoned and/or abandoned (is it really abandoned???) spaceship you've visited in a video game? I'm trying to define it in terms of the growing white noise of the early Middle Ages - like so much of my life, it all mixes with a gritty soup of Metroid and turn-of-the-millennium DOOM - but I suspect it might be a step up from the fantastic Replay 1999's Rebellion Giger Aliens versus Predator, which I now only remember as screens with
  flaming smartgun fangs.

Is the flying fortress area of Sonic 2 considered abandoned since almost all NPCs on board are robots? blah. I'm very confident in picking my favorite space wreck that will include selected parts of the wreck field of destroyed spaceships that you drive through in the seedy game Dead Space 3. I hope to see more of these things in Starfield, where you'll Encounter a wide variety of sunken ships and definitely a "legendary" enemy ship with a crew of
that could play a role in the upcoming big ending of Betheextravaganza. There's new news from lead designer Zach Wilson, who has posted his writing online about the "tragedies and perils of spaceflight".
Wilson's contributions to the game include building space for the United Colonies faction's Starfield mission series, assisting with planetary exploration (a topic of growing controversy - we'll get to that in a moment), and design work for space actions and encounters, including the above mentioned wreck tours. . (Please be prepared for a little spoiler on the missions in the next paragraph.)

"There are a few that I really like, but I want to keep them secret until the game comes out so that they can be a surprise to the players"; Wilson discovered this during a question and answer session on Bethesda's official website. The One I've Always Loved follows an unlucky guide who leads a group of horny citizens on a journey into space, and they're very excited to meet the 'real captain'. The dialogues are funny. We will also come across legendary ships - these are huge high-tier enemy ships that significantly outperform the player early in the game and need to be built to destroy them. The information on

Legendary Ships reminds me of how Bethesda CEO Pete Hines told IGN last week that Starfield "won't even start working until you complete the main mission," which he says takes 50 hours to become. We're hoping for an endgame-style extravaganza in Destiny's Endgame King Fall (if you haven't already played Destiny: King's Fall was/is a massive heist involving an alien armadillo that's often hailed as the climax of the series). But what intrigues me the most is Wilson's thoughts on wrecked/abandoned ships gathering information outside of the design team that seem to be reminiscent of the stranger rooms in Fallout 3.
"I'm also really fond of our ships - we've built handcrafted ships that focus on the tragedies and perils of space travel, and the player can explore them and learn the stories behind them," Wilson continued. “The best part of all of this is that we asked someone outside of the development team for input so that people who don't normally have the opportunity to contribute content to the game can make their mark on the game. One of our own. The designer of the
modding scene, Kris Takahashi, has also built some really exciting ships.

You can find out more about Wilson and what he's doing at Bethesda.net.Just discovered Kris Takahashi - he started working on official Bethesda stuff in 2018 with Fallout 76. His more well-known mods include the obvious/rather opposite "interesting NPCs" ; for Skyrim and Tales of the Commonwealth for Fallout 4. This person is worth having on the payroll. Anyway, here's Rachel (RPS only) with a procedure for flying a ship in Starfield that you should probably know about before
  attacks anyone else.
