 Pokemon GO is introducing a special Pokemon for the September 2023 Classic Day community event, which will focus on the iconic original Pokemon.

Pokemon GO has shown that Charmander can be the featured Pokémon at some stage in its September 2023 Community Day Classic event. Event

   will include increased prices for Charmander, special moves for Charizard, and an exclusive "Classic Special Research"; buy history.

  Players can also look forward to increased stardust percentages, longer durations for Incense and Bait mods, timed research quests, and special PokeStop displays throughout the event. #PokemonGo

  Pokemon GO has confirmed that the Pokémon set will arrive on Classic Day Community Day in September 2023: Charmander. In the popular mobile game in the long-running Monster Buster series, players have had numerous opportunities to earn rare and exclusive Pokémon over the past few weeks. Last weekend, Niantic hosted the Pokemon GO Fest Global 2023 event, where players from all over the world could enjoy more spawns and brand new Shiny Pokemon. Now, in September, a popular member of the original 151 Pokémon is joining the lineup. The

  Pokemon GO Community Day events are one of the highlights of each new month for the hugely popular mobile game. The monthly celebrations will focus on a specific spawn-rate boosted Pokémon and Shiny, as well as special field research that will give players even more chances to catch the featured Pokémon. The Community Days also include special evolution perks for featured Pokémon, as well as powerful and exclusive moves that are available for a limited time. Niantic has now confirmed that one of the original launchers will be September's flagship Pokémon.

  An official announcement from Niantic has revealed that Charmander will be the featured Pokemon at the September 2023 Community Day Classic event. Charmander Community Day takes place on Saturday, September 2nd at 2pm. till 17 o clockMister local time and includes a price increase for Pokemon Fire starters. By evolving Charmeleon into Charizard during the event, players will also gain access to Charizard's special moves, including the Dragon's Breath and Blast Flame fast attacks as charged attacks. There will also be an exclusive Classic Special Research story available for purchase during the event.

  In addition to increased stakes at Charmander, Community Day also offers many other special benefits to players attending the event. Pokemon GO features an increased Stardust rate for catching Pokemon and the duration of the Incense and Lure mods is increased to three hours. During the event, there will also be special limited-time Research Missions where players will receive Mega Energy for newly acquired Charizards. Pokemon GO has also confirmed that special PokeStop shows will be airing at select PokeStops during the Community Day event. The latest Pokemon GO Community Day

 

   comes as the mobile game received a number of major updates in the summer of 2023. Niantic announced earlier this month that Pokémon Scarlet and the starter Pokémon Pokémon Purple would be added to Pokémon GO in September. Paths will also be introduced to Pokémon GO in July , allowing players to share in-game trails with others. September's Charmander Community Day offers players the chance to get their hands on one of the most iconic creatures in the franchise.
