Taiwan's Digital Game Rating Commission has rated Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny for PlayStation five and PlayStation four in Taiwan.Tekken 6 became formerly launched for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Portable.Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny became formerly launched at the PlayStation Portable. The new ratings possibly relate to PlayStation Portable conversions being covered within the Classics catalog for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.
PS Plus Premium adds Tekken 6 and SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny to PSP retro titles
Sony's PS Plus Premium service will expand the selection of emulated classics with two retro PSP titles for PS5 and PS4. The Taiwan Ratings Commission has rated Tekken 6 and SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny for release on these platforms.
SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny is notable for having Kratos as a playable character and has never been released outside of the PSP. While this is exciting news, it's worth noting that Bandai Namco is less likely to add trophies to its retro releases than Sony, so these games are unlikely to get new trophies.
Sony is working to expand its top membership with new software offerings. Today, subscribers can look forward to the release of Ape Escape: On the Loose, MediEvil: Resurrection, and Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice.
With the addition of Tekken 6 and SoulCalibur: Broken Destiny, PS Plus Premium continues to offer its subscribers a growing collection of retro titles. These emulated classics offer gamers the chance to relive popular games from the PSP era on the PS5 and PS4 platforms.
