Welcome to Patch 13.19, the official update for the League of Legends World Championship!


In terms of balancing, we're conducting a final adjustment pass on several champions who have had a significant impact on the professional scene this summer. Additionally, we're addressing routine balance issues with champions and builds that have been performing exceptionally well.


In other exciting news, this patch introduces new ranked restrictions and ping adjustments aimed at combating toxicity. We're also rolling out an audio accessibility update for global ultimates. Alongside these features, get ready to explore the new skin line, "La Ilusión," and the Tenfold Triumph chroma set. Plus, we'll be testing new introductory bot AI on the PBE, so be sure to check it out if you're interested!

Patch Highlights


- La Ilusión Nidalee, La Ilusión Renata Glasc, La Ilusión Ziggs, La Ilusión Qiyana, La Ilusión Draven, La Ilusión Gnar, and Prestige La Ilusión Renata Glasc will be available starting September 27, 2023, at 22:00 BST.

Champion Balance Changes


- Azir's Q - Conquering Sands cooldown has been increased to 14/12/10/8/6 seconds from 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds to make his laning phase less dominant.

- Briar's Attack Speed Growth has been decreased to 2.3% from 2.5%, and her Q - Head Rush has been updated for better interactions. Her W - Snack Attack now has reduced healing but increased damage against minions and monsters, along with various quality-of-life changes.

- Galio's R - Hero's Entrance cooldown has been decreased to 180/160/140 seconds from 200/180/160 seconds to give him more impact in the game.

- Gangplank's R - Cannon Barrage cooldown has been reduced to 170/150/130 seconds from 180/160/140 seconds, and his ultimate upgrades have received buffs.

- Jhin's R - Curtain Call's minimum physical damage has been increased to 64/154/244 (+25% total AD) from 50/125/200 (+25% total AD).

- LeBlanc's kit has undergone several changes, including adjustments to her attack speed ratio, attack speed growth, AD growth, mana growth, and mana regeneration growth. Her W - Distortion and E - Ethereal Chains have received changes in magic damage.

- Lee Sin's base armor has been increased, and his W - Iron Will now offers more lifesteal and spell vamp. Additionally, his E - Tempest deals more magic damage.

- Lissandra's W - Ring of Frost root duration has been increased to 1.25/1.35/1.45/1.55/1.65 seconds from 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds.

- Nunu & Willump's E - Snowball Barrage has received an AP ratio increase.

- Pyke's base health growth has been increased, and his W - Ghostwater Dive cooldown has been reduced.

- Rek'Sai's passive heal, Q damage, W - Unburrow movement speed, and W - Unburrow base damage have all been adjusted to reduce her overall power level.

- Renekton's base magic resistance has been decreased to 28 from 32.

- Syndra's Q - Dark Sphere now deals more magic damage.

- Twitch's R - Spray And Pray missile speed has been increased to 5000 from 4000.

- Zeri's base movement speed has been decreased to 330 from 335.

Item Changes


- Randuin's Omen now costs 2700 gold, down from 3000 gold, making it a more efficient anti-crit item.

- Seeker's Armguard now provides 20 armor, up from 15, to make early armor purchases more attractive for mages.

- Statikk Shiv's Electroshock Damage to Minions has been reduced to 150 from 200.

ARAM Adjustments

- Several champions have received buffs and nerfs in ARAM mode to balance gameplay.

OS Minimum Spec Updates


- The minimum Mac OS requirement has been updated to 10.13.6, affecting a small number of players across both League of Legends and TFT.

Behavioral Systems


- Ranked Restrictions have been introduced as penalties for disruptive behavior in ranked games. To remove these restrictions, players must complete 5 games in non-ranked modes.

Ping Adjustments


- Ping adjustments have been made to reduce toxicity. Allied pings will now only be visible to the pinger, preventing non-constructive harassment.

Accessibility Update


- Champion Sound Notifications have been introduced to help players spot key champion abilities, even without audio.

Intro Bot PBE Test


- Introductory-level bot AI is being tested on the PBE to provide a better learning experience for new players.

Bugfixes & QoL Changes


- Numerous bugfixes and quality-of-life improvements have been made to enhance the gaming experience.

Upcoming Skins & Chromas

- A variety of new skins and chromas will be released in this patch for different champions.
