| Honkai: Star Rail Update 6.9 sets release date |
HoYoVerse has unveiled the release date for version 6.9 of Honkai Impact 3rd, and it promises an exciting addition in the form of a new battlesuit and a crossover event with Promare. While we were already aware that the update was slated for a September 2023 release, we now have a specific date to mark on our calendars: September 14, 2023. Additionally, the update will introduce Story Chapter XL, featuring the beloved character Fu Hua. To provide fans with a sneak peek into the upcoming content, a new trailer showcasing all the additions has also been released.
One of the highlights of this update is the introduction of the new S-rank battlesuit, Miracle Magical Girl Sirin. This formidable battlesuit falls into the MECH category and specializes in dealing fire damage. What sets Sirin apart is her unique chakram weaponry, although it's worth noting that certain attacks can temporarily transform these chakrams into scissors, adding a strategic twist to her gameplay.
In an exciting collaboration with Promare, Honkai Impact 3rd 6.9 update will feature two distinct costumes available through the Outfit Shop. During the crossover event, these costumes will be offered at a discounted price, although exact pricing details have yet to be disclosed. Fans of Promare can look forward to an Ai Chrono Navi Galo-inspired costume and a Herrscher of Flamescion Lio-inspired skin, both allowing players to infuse a touch of Promare's unique style into their gaming experience. Additionally, players can acquire the Promare: Flame (B) Stigma, which prominently features the characters Galo and Lio from the popular Promare universe.
