Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 2 introduces significant improvements in performance, crashes, and UI, making gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.

The update introduces new epilogue scenes for Karlach, and there are plans to expand other side stories to address criticism of the endgame.
  Baldur's Gate 3 just released Patch 2, a major update that brings better optimization, bug fixes, and a way to eliminate characters in multiplayer. This update also marks the beginning of Baldur's Gate 3's journey of expanding aspects of supporting dialogue and epilogues to improve the ending.
  A few days earlier, Baldur's Gate 3 released a community update stating that the second major update was imminent. According to Larian Studios, this update was primarily focused on improving the performance and execution of Act 3.
  Baldur's Gate 3 has already released this impressive update. While not as ridiculously massive as the first Baldur's Gate 3 patch, Patch 2 is still massive and brings a ton of changes aimed at reducing crashes and optimizing performance. Patch 2 also improves the UI and accessibility of the controller, and adds new single-player and multiplayer quality features.
  Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 2 includes the wardrobe of Withers' wayward friends; a new feature that allows players to temporarily remove characters in multiplayer if they want to play a save with no friends.
